We had an incredible launch day with Rocksteady, with pupils leaning all about the different insruments and even having a chance to form their own rock band and perform for the school.
After Easter, children will have the opportunity to have a weekly Rocksteady lesson, working towards their very own rock concert!
We are a ModeShift Silver School, which celebrates our commitment to promoting sustainable, safe and healthy travel.
As part of our ongoing ModeShift work, we had a visit from a road safety officer who taught us how to cross roads safely.
We offer an after-school girls football club every Monday, led by our own Miss Hanson.
Our amazing girls took part in a Pennine Sports Partnership Football Competition at Neiley playing fields. They demonstrated a positive attitude and team spirit throughout the full event. They even had a team huddle with a cry of Dream, Believe, Achieve!
