It is now five years since the school underwent inspection in January 2017. The school has undergone significant change and sustained improvement since that time. The school's leadership team, supported by Learning Accord Multi Academy Trust, has worked tirelessly to ensure that not only do children fufil their potential academically, but they also flourish in a supportive, caring environment, making the most of their talents and attributes.
We are immensely proud of our role in the local community and we know that staff, parents and governors share the same ambitions for our school. Since the report was published, parents have been hugely supportive of everything we are trying to achieve.
On 27th March 2019, Helme C of E Academy took part in a review of our teaching and learning and all procedures in school including pupil voice, progress, behaviour and of course Safeguarding. Please open the document to see what they said about us!

Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child's school. There will be 12 questions to answer, for example, ‘My child is happy at this school' with a choice of responses:
The questions have been carefully chosen to cover those issues that parents have told Ofsted are the most important to them. They are also designed to provide Ofsted with the information to support decisions about inspection and will give head teachers a direct route into gathering the views of their parent group.
